Applications and eligibility
Student, Individual, Professional, and Organization applications are reviewed individually. Approval may consider education, training, experience, credentials, and other relevant information. Submission does not guarantee approval.
Payment and renewal
Choose Student, Individual, Professional or Organization membership, create or sign in to your website account, and submit the membership application with the requested information and supporting documents. CPSWDC reviews eligibility; submission does not guarantee approval. Paid membership is activated after approval and verified payment. Contact CPSWDC if payment activation is unavailable. The annual fee is the final CAD amount, including applicable taxes. No additional tax is added. Membership refund requests are reviewed individually by CPSWDC. Cancelling renewal does not automatically issue a refund. Contact CPSWDC with your membership or invoice reference. Paid memberships use annual subscriptions and renew automatically unless canceled. Members can cancel automatic renewal through Manage membership; access normally continues to the end of the current paid period. A free website account provides Guest access and is separate from the four paid membership categories.
Cancellation
When automatic renewal is canceled, access normally continues through the end of the current paid billing period. After the paid period ends, account access returns to Guest unless another active membership applies.
Organization representatives
Organization membership covers up to three named website accounts confirmed by an administrator. Each representative must register an account; the billing owner must be included to use a seat. Contact CPSWDC to request designation or replacement. Eligible benefits follow the organization’s confirmed paid period.
No professional licence
Membership does not replace licensing, registration, certification, or authorization required by any regulated profession or jurisdiction.
